Can I bring my children to the Wednesday afternoon class?
Yes, absolutely. The Wednesday session is set up as a shared activity for adults and kids together.
Beweeg & Lach is a fun disco & soul movement hour you can do side-by-side (parent/grandparent/guardian + child), followed by 30 minutes of relaxed dancing.
A few practical notes:
Not drop-off: a parent/guardian stays for the full session.
We don’t provide separate supervision or a kids’ programme, so you’re responsible for your child during the class.
If a child gets overexcited or restless, we ask the adult to step in (or take a quick breather) so the vibe stays enjoyable for everyone.
No kids that day? You’re still welcome to join on your own. 🪩
Is the class suitable for older adults?
Yes – absolutely. Groove Fitness is low-impact and joint-friendly, with a focus on enjoyment rather than intensity. You can take it at your own pace, and there’s no pressure to keep up. If you love good music and want to stay active in a joyful way, you’ll fit right in.
What kind of music do you play?
We dance to feel-good classics from the disco and soul era – think Jackson 5, Earth Wind & Fire, The Trammps, and more.
No remixes, no techno – just proper vintage grooves that make you want to move, sing along, and smile.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Whether you come solo or with a friend, you’ll be warmly welcomed. The atmosphere is relaxed, inclusive and easy-going — perfect for meeting new people or just enjoying the music in your own bubble. No partner or group needed — just bring yourself and get ready to groove.
Do I need dance or fitness experience?
Not at all. Groove Fitness is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for everyone, whether you’ve never taken a fitness class or you’ve been dancing for years. The moves are simple, repetitive, and easy to follow – no fancy choreography, just lots of rhythm and fun.
Do I need to do all the moves perfectly?
Not at all — this isn’t a competition! Groove Fitness is all about fun, movement and good vibes. The sequences are simple, repetitive, and designed for all levels. If you miss a step or add your own twist, that’s completely fine — just keep moving and enjoy the music.

Can I try a class before committing?
Yes! Your first class is completely free — no strings attached. It’s the perfect way to get a feel for the vibe, the music, and the moves. After that, you can decide if you’d like to keep coming. We think you’ll love it, but no pressure — just come and enjoy!
